Shipping destinations and cost

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. There is no minimum order value. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO or other military addresses, or destinations outside this area.

Processing and transit

Processing is the time needed to prepare an order before dispatch. Transit is the time the carrier takes after dispatch. These are separate stages.

For NOCTIS and our Supliful-fulfilled REST, RESTORE and RECOVERY products, processing normally takes 2–5 business days after our fulfillment partner accepts the order. Standard domestic transit is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch. Together, these stages are usually about 4–9 business days after acceptance.

These are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Label checks, stock issues, holidays and carrier delays may extend the time. Any transit estimate displayed at checkout should be read together with the processing time above.

Other products are fulfilled by separate suppliers and their processing and transit times vary. The Supliful estimate above does not apply to these products. Please contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate for a particular item.

Tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched. If your package is delayed or missing, or you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.
